Hey! Has anyone replaced a window sill before? I'm not sure if I should repair or replace mine — they're soft to the touch and look really worn down.

Hi! When the wood feels soft or rotten, it's usually better to replace it entirely. I had Window QW handle my window sill replacement and couldn't be happier with the results. They removed the damaged material, fitted new wood, and matched the paint perfectly. The best part is that the new sills are treated to resist moisture and rot. Their technicians are detail-oriented and explain everything clearly, so you know exactly what's being done.
